The following policies outline detail with respect to the ongoing improvement of our business to meet the needs of your business.

The Team of staff, consultants and contractors at Simmat and Associates Pty Ltd are committed to delivering high quality services to our clients, in an equitable, professional, and friendly manner.

We strive to satisfy our customers defined requirements and understand our customers changing needs and expectations over the duration of our relationship.

Our training and consulting services rely on our core staff competencies, of which well will strive to maintain and update at all times to ensure our customers receive the most up-to-date information necessary for their ongoing business operations.

We will maintain our core competencies to reflect the services on offer to our clients, and training and information where applicable our staff and contractors to ensure their competency needs are met.

Above all we conduct our business in a friendly and caring environment and we expect that our customers will to, thus ensuring an ongoing relationship with open communication and continual improvement


Environmental and OH&S Commitments

We are committed to the following environmental initiatives relevant to our business;

To promote

· The use of energy efficient office appliances
· The use of training venues that reflect our environmental philosophies and commitments
· The use of vehicles with LPG fuel or smaller that 3L engines for transport of our staff and   contractors
· The use or organic produce where possible in our course catering
· The printing of training manuals on recycled paper


Payments and Refunds Policy

The nature of our training courses dictates that we must book and confirm venues and catering up-to and over one month from the commencement date of a course. It is therefore necessary to ensure that payment is made by course participants prior to their participation in a course.

Where a participant is unable to attend a course and has made a booking and paid the applicable registration fees, we are able to issue refunds or a place on a future course with the following terms.

1. If more than 5 days notice is given a 20% cancellation fee applies per course and the remaining fees will be refunded or a place will be offered on a subsequent course.

2. If less than 5 days notice is given an 80% cancellation fee applies or a place on a subsequent course will be offered.

3. If less than 3 days and more than 12hrs notice is given a place will be offered on a subsequent course. No refund is able to be provided.

4. If Simmat Training is unable to deliver a course a full refund of the fees paid in advance for that course will be provided within 40 days of the course cancellation date.


Customer communications and grievance resolution

At SIMMAT TRAINING we strive for service excellence. Issues should be documented and emailed to the Managing Director of Simmat and Associates Pty Ltd. You will be responded to within 2 days with a goal to have a resolution of your issue or a plan for action developed in 10 working days. Please direct your concerns to admin@simmat.com.au
